If you plan your concert in the summer I suggest The Botanical Park, or Roses Park. If you want an indoor unconventional space, you can try the warehouse next to the train station. Some events had already took place there. Hope this helps
Maybe the old Wather Tower is also an option, you can see the entire city but you have limited space there, this can be a problem.
