Marius Constantinescu

Marius Constantinescu, radio-TV presenter and producer, graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences in 2002. He has a master's degree in advertising and another one in art history. After eight years of radio, he discovered television and the freedom given by playing with the images. His business cards are the shows he turned into landmarks: Great paintings of the world, V… from visual, Cultural Journal, Profile. Story. Character (TVR Cultural, TVR 1, TVR 2).

Since 2005, he has been linked to every edition of the George Enescu International Festival, where he presents the concerts and conducts the interviews (national exclusives) with the most important guest artists. He won three APTR awards, one of which was for Profile. Story. Character, project that became a book.

In 2013 he published Cortez, another kind of biography of the famous mezzo-soprano Viorica Cortez, republished in 2015. In the same year, his Press Pass appeared. Interviews and journal pages from the George Enescu International Festival, 2011 and 2013 editions, and in 2017 he published the publishing anthology Rosé at Nemira Publishing.

The most recent volume is Café Gourmand, a large collection of texts and essays about music, visual arts, travel, literature, gastronomy and lifestyle, also published by Nemira Publishing House.

Currently, Marius Constantinescu presents and produces the talk show Behind black and white (TVR1), the literature store Limited Edition (TVR2), signs art & lifestyle editorials, is MC for major cultural events and supports courses and workshops refinement for mature audiences.
